Digital Service — Refund & Cancellation Policy
Bullhead City Video Ads (BHCGUIDE, LLC) provides digital video production and advertising services. Because our services are digital and custom-produced, all sales are final once production has begun.
No Physical Items: This is a digital service. No physical product will be shipped. Delivery is fulfilled via video production and online upload.
Refund Eligibility
- If production has NOT yet begun, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.
- If production HAS begun, refunds are not available as custom work has already been performed on your behalf.
- If you are unsatisfied with your completed video, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to make it right.
How to Request a Refund: Email us at info@bullheadcityads.storewith your order number and reason for the request. We respond within 1–2 business days.
