All products and services sold by BHCGUIDE, LLC are digital services. No physical items are shipped. After purchase, our team will contact you to schedule your video production appointment.

Refund Eligibility

Before production begins: If you have not yet scheduled or attended your video appointment, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
After production begins: Once your video production appointment has been scheduled or your video is in production, refunds are not available as work has already commenced.
Completed videos: All sales are final once the video has been delivered.
